This project was a three story, full refurbish. with a large amount of structural steelworks. We where required to build a new roof, rebuild the front of house, add a full rear extension and fit all new drainage.

Hi Martin
Martin did a huge renovation of our 5 bedroom semi-detached house. It needed a lot of complicated structural work, which he delivered without any fuss or problems. The house had a new roof, side dormer, 1st floor roof extension and ground floor extension. Floors were levelled, new windows and doors, full electrical re-wire, new plumbing, internal insulation, new kitchen and bathrooms and new external underground drainage. Martin is easy to talk to, and was always happy to discuss options to deliver exactly what we wanted. The quality of finish is excellent. We couldn’t be happier.
